The club is led by coaches with a strong swimming background and a deep passion for long-distance triathlon. Their approach emphasizes injury prevention, efficient technique, and sustainable performance rather than shortcuts or hype.

At IronLab, training is designed not only to improve performance, but to reduce injury risk through proper load management, gradual progression, and respect for individual limits.

IronLab offers annual club membership for athletes who want to be part of a driven endurance community, represent the club at races and stay connected to a shared long-distance mindset.

Membership is open to all people - whether you're training for triathlon, running, cycling, swimming, hiking, trail running or any other sport that challenges your body and mind. All levels are welcome, from those just starting out to experienced racers.

Every member is invited to a personal welcome meeting to help you find your footing in sport and recreation and you'll receive monthly email guidance and coaching support to keep you on track throughout the year. You'll also get access to selected club benefits, full access to the IronLab blog featuring articles on training, racing and endurance sport and official club merchandise.
